Bulletproof Vess and his harp

Whenever Bulletproof has free time on his hands and finds no criminal capers for him and his team to solve, Bulletproof would gleefully exclaim, "It's harp plucking time!" and goes to a very beautiful gold harp he keeps in his office right behind his desk. He sits down on his office chair behind the harp, tilts her back to rest on his right shoulder, and plays music upon her beautifully.

I love drawing dinosaurs as well as fanart. I also run a website that debunks creationist claims on dinosaurs, too. But most of all I love to play the harp and drawing Bulletproof Vess from C.O.P.S. animated series playing the harp is my way of expressing my eternal love for the harp.

Hello there, I'm working on a sort of Crossover-ish type fic of my own that includes the Cartoon C.O.P.S. (Central Organization of Police Specialists) and Batman Beyond which has Buttons McBoomBoom working for my Two-Face. I mean i managed to figure how Buttons came to work with Two-Face by leaving Big Boss' gang in Empire City.

Well so far im stuck on ideas, I want to introduce Bulletpoof Vess into my Batman Beyond story but so far i'm hitting a block. I know you never heard of Batman beyond. But i could use some help on it. if it's not too much trouble.

The only thing I can think of is why not send Mace, Hardtop, Bulletproof, and LongArm to give both Batman and the GCPD a helping hand in capturing both Two-Face and Mc BoomBoom and bring them both to Arkham... only for McBoomBoom to shoot up the place and allow all villains to escape to Empire City to join force with Big Boss?

Interesting concept, but i think Bulletproof is the only man to be there in Gotham with the GCPD since he knows how Buttons McBoomBoom works and having other C.O.P.S there will result in "too many characters" which i want to avoid.
